Why Liberals must embrace more of the tactics and techniques of their enemies, writes Andrew Coyne.
The Liberals need to learn from them.
The party has been fighting to maintain the same policy platform for four years.
That makes the Liberals vulnerable to the next political storm and should not be underestimated.
The only way they can avoid a repeat of the Liberal leadership debacle is to learn more about their enemies and what they are trying to achieve.
The Conservatives are a good example.
It is a matter of learning from them, and the Liberals are the same.
So the Liberals should learn from the Conservatives.
If they cannot do that, then they should take some lessons from the other parties.
If the Liberals cannot be the party of the people, they will be.
